I wouldn’t go THAT far. But, yeah…he talks so much.
I think there’s something more than just the dead dad, father/uncle, mother/aunt, ghost telling him he needs to get revenge issue. Hamlet’s a genius, I think. He has so much intelligence rattling around in his brain, there’s nothing for him to do and nowhere for it to go at this point. So he says a lot. Then again, it is a play and the only way for us to know anything is for the characters to talk. A lot.
But, still. I think with his intelligence, his dad’s death, the ghost, the girl, his mom, his uncle, Denmark…no wonder he started going crazy. I’m pretty sure it started as an act, but it ran away with him.
Well…that went on longer and farther than I meant…

Haha! I’m going to take my time this summer to watch Torchwood.
But I don’t think I’m going to do that again with any other shows!

Working at DSC in Philly for most of my summer too (internship). But hopefully see concerts, play video games, and work out.
