Preview for a new Eleven fiction.

It IS midway through a scene, so don’t expect to be completely in the know when you read it.  It’s my first attempt at a Moffat-esque creature.  Sadly, it does remind me of his Vashta Nerada, but I like what I’ve done differently….which you will read about as soon as I finish it and put it on ff.net!

Anyway, read and let me know what you think.  Please give me critique on the little bit I have because I’d like to know what other Whovians want/think/need when it comes to fan fiction =]

The tentative title is something like, “The House of Hesper.”  I think.  I’m not too keen on it, but that’s what the Word Doc is called!

Found this on Photobucket. It made me happy.

“OI!” she shouts, because she always shouts at him (and, let’s be honest, he wouldn’t want it any other way).  He stops in his tracks, though he knows he shouldn’t, and she is magnificent - fury and flame and frustration, and all of it directed at him. “Don’t think -” she warns him as he catches his breath, “don’t think you’re getting away from me this time, sunshine!” He’s not sure what it is. Whether he’s getting careless, or whether she always, somehow, always finds him. “I keep - I keep seeing you… just… everywhere,” she says, studying him like she’s trying to remember why his face doesn’t look in the least bit like it should. “Out of the corner of my eye. Across the street. Disappearing out of the girls’ lavatory at the Roebuck. The girls’ lavatory! At the Roebuck! I’ve tried to talk to you, every time, and you always run away. Who the hell are you? And why won’t you tell me your name?” He should leave - he knows he should - he should run, like he always does. But this time, he smiles. Donna Noble - time and the universe have a habit of converging on her.

This song reminds me of the Doctor and River.

Especially the chorus.

All I want
Is to know your name
And whisper it in your ear
With your arms around my neck.
You’ve haunted me in colors
I’ve never seen
I feel strange and unprotected,
But I’m weightless like I’m falling on the moon.
I’m falling slow for you
